Our Warranty:

We believe that our furniture, for the duration of our warranty period, should not break. If it does, we’ll fix it. Our written warranty is the expression of that belief...

Wieland warrants all of its products against defects in materials and workmanship and against structural damage incurred through normal use for a period of 25 years from date of purchase with the following exceptions:

• Arris, Capital, & Cove Trendelenburg Recliner Mechanisms: 2 years
• Cove Recliner (not Trendelenburg) Mechanisms: 10 years
• Pendant Models: 5 years
• Transom Models: 5 years
• Autumn, Carmen, DuroPly, Horizon, Kidz, Laurelwood, PlyFold, PlyLok, Regal III, Tristan and Wedgewood Models: 10 years

This warranty covers the structure of the furniture: the laminated veneer or solid wood frame, the construction of the arms, table legs and stretchers, and all fasteners and moving parts. This warranty also covers the foam against defects in its manufacture and composition and against sagging (not maintaining its original shape), for this same 25-year period. Under this warranty, Wieland will, at its option, either replace or repair furniture returned to it or will supply the customer with replacement parts. All freight charges for returns or replacements will be paid by Wieland during the 25-year warranty period. Fabrics, finishes, COM—and all items beyond Wieland’s control—are not covered by this warranty.

FABRIC WARRANTY

Wieland has assembled an extensive card offering featuring a wide selection of fabrics, woven Cryptons©, and vinyls selected for their performance in healthcare environments. These fabric patterns sampled by Wieland through C.F. Stinson, Maharam, & Momentum fabric cards are warranted, if purchased through Wieland, for a period of five (5) years, 24/7 usage. All other fabric patterns from C.F. Stinson, Maharam, and Momentum, if purchased through Wieland, are warranted for a period of three (3) years, single shift usage. Wieland warrants these textiles to perform under normal conditions as furniture upholstery and when cared for according to cleaning and maintenance guidelines provided by the textile supplier.

Proper care and cleaning is imperative for maximizing textile performance on Wieland products. However, in the unlikely event that one of these fabrics, woven Cryptons©, or vinyls does not perform in accordance with manufacturing specifications when used and maintained under normal conditions and the user has not misused, cleaned or attempted to clean the fabric or vinyl using cleaning agents or procedures not suggested or approved by the textile supplier, Wieland will replace the fabric free of charge.

All other express or implied warranties, made by sales representatives, agents, or other representatives, including any warranty of merchandisability or fitness for a particular use, are herby excluded. Wieland’s sole obligation shall be to repair or replace any product covered under this warranty which proves defective during the warranty period. In no event shall Wieland be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits incurred by customer with respect to any goods or services furnished by Wieland.
